Your accounts team forgot how to run the GSTR-3B. Your storekeeper can't post a stock entry. We explain, fix, and document — so the same question doesn't come back.

Minor ERPNext upgrades

Security patches and minor version updates (e.g., v16.1 to v16.2) applied on a scheduled maintenance window. Tested in staging first.

Performance tuning

Slow reports, laggy forms, overloaded workers. We diagnose the root cause — database queries, missing indexes, Redis configuration — and fix it properly.

Response SLA

We commit to response times. In writing.

Critical

System down or data corruption. Response: 4 business hours.

Example: Users cannot log in. Payroll run is corrupted. Stock report shows negative inventory.

High

Core business process blocked. Response: 1 business day.

Example: Sales invoice cannot be submitted. Purchase order approval is stuck. GSTR-1 export is wrong.

Medium

Non-blocking issue or training query. Response: 3 business days.

Example: Report needs a new filter. Print format needs a logo update. New user needs role assignment.

Major version upgrades (e.g., ERPNext v15 → v16) and new custom development are scoped and quoted separately — they are not included in AMC, because they require proper project planning.
